EXCLUSIVE: The Louis Theroux Podcast Season 8 will feature Gary Lineker and Andrew Callaghan among others.
The series kicks off anew on all podcast platforms on June 9, showcasing the talents of soccer legend turned media mogul and podcaster Gary Lineker. Other notable figures such as Spice Girl Mel C and celebrity chef Marco Pierre White will also be featured. Video versions will be available exclusively on Spotify.
The podcast will continue to delve into comprehensive, unscripted discussions spearheaded by documentary filmmaker Theroux, exploring the personal and professional lives of his guests, peppered with surprising new revelations.
Season 7 featured a range of stars including Boris Becker, who opened up about his complex personal life, singer Lulu who discussed her relationship with David Bowie, actress Simone Ashley who expressed her fondness for Bridgerton, and filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos who talked about his extensive career in cinema. Other guests have included Florence Pugh, Sean Penn, Willem Dafoe, Marina Abramovic, Jimmy Carr, and Bella Ramsey.
