Tyreek Hill, the dynamic wide receiver for the Dolphins, was recently seen in a video he posted sporting a new hairstyle and a cast on his left hand.
This Tuesday, Dolphins’ head coach Mike McDaniel shed some light on Hill’s condition and discussed how it impacts his off-season training plans for 2025.
NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe reported that McDaniel revealed Hill had undergone surgery to mend ligament damage in his left wrist. Until the summer, Hill will be sidelined from catching footballs, focusing instead on his physical fitness.

In the 2024 season, Hill’s performance dipped as he caught only 81 passes for 959 yards and scored six touchdowns. The Dolphins ended the season with a record of 8-9 and did not make it to the playoffs.
