Black Friday Football Extravaganza Hosted by Amazon
Black Friday is here again, not just for unbeatable shopping deals, but also for football enthusiasts. Amazon is set to host its annual Black Friday Football for the second year running. This year’s matchup features a thrilling game between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Kansas City Chiefs.
The game is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. ET at the Chiefs’ home turf, Arrowhead Stadium, with pregame festivities beginning at 1:30 p.m. ET. Exclusive live coverage of the game will be available on Prime Video, featuring Al Michaels as the play-by-play announcer, Kirk Herbstreit providing color commentary, and Kaylee Hartung reporting from the sidelines. Additionally, the game will be available on NFL+, the league’s streaming platform, though it will not be broadcast on any traditional TV networks.
Heading into the game, the Chiefs, with a strong record of 10 wins and only one loss, are heavily favored by 12.5 points against the Raiders, who have managed just two wins against nine losses.
Streaming Options
Last year, the Raiders delivered a surprising blow by defeating the Super Bowl champions on Christmas Day. The last encounter between the Chiefs and Raiders on October 27 ended with a 27-20 victory for the Raiders. Since that game, the Chiefs have been resilient, losing only one game against the Buffalo Bills by a close 30-27 margin in Week 11.
For those without cable, there are still plenty of ways to catch the action. Prime Video is offering new subscribers a free 30-day trial, which will automatically renew at $8.99 per month thereafter. Alternatively, an Amazon Prime membership, which costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year, also provides access to Prime Video, allowing members to stream the game at no additional cost.
In addition to the game, Prime Video is integrating exclusive Black Friday deals into the viewing experience. These deals span various product categories, including tech, and can be accessed directly through QR codes displayed during the game. All special offers will be featured in Prime Video’s dedicated Black Friday hub and will be available throughout the duration of the game.
