  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar: Mix it with an equal amount of white sugar for a deeper, caramel-like sweetness, and toss as usual.
  • A pinch of salt: Using flaky salts like Maldon enhances the flavor, but any salt will help balance the sweetness.

By experimenting with these simple additions, you can transform your homemade sweet popcorn into a gourmet snack that’s perfectly tailored to your taste.
