High Potential is set to premiere its second season on ABC on September 16 at 10 p.m. ET.
The series features Kaitlin Olson as Morgan Gillroy, a single mom who has a unique talent for crime-solving.
Olson is joined by a stellar cast including Daniel Sunjata as Adam Karadec, Javicia Leslie as Daphne Forrester, Deniz Akdeniz as Oz, Amirah J as Ava Gillroy, Matthew Lamb as Elliot Radovic, and Judy Reyes as Selena Soto.

In its sophomore season, High Potential introduces Steve Howey as a new regular character, Jesse Wagner, the precinct’s latest captain. Jesse, a master of political maneuvers, not only dresses sharply but also brings a natural charm and a knack for innovative thinking, much like the show’s protagonist, Morgan. His involvement often places him right at the heart of the action, whether he’s officially needed or not.

Season 2 Episode Release Guide
Episode 201 — “Pawns” (September 16): Morgan tirelessly works to protect her family from the threats posed by the Game Maker, but another crime pulls her back into his dangerous game, forcing the LAPD to rely on her instincts to prevent a deadly outcome.
Episode 202 — “Checkmate” (September 23): While the Major Crimes team frantically searches for leads in a series of unsolved cases, Morgan believes the Game Maker is behind them. In the meantime, Daphne and Oz search for Roman, and Elliot has a surprise planned for his school’s talent show.

Episode 203 — “Eleven Minutes” (September 30): Following the mysterious murder of a man with a troubled past, Morgan and the LAPD discover a heartbreaking motive behind his death. Meanwhile, Morgan shares a personal revelation with Ava, prompting a difficult confrontation with her past.
