Paige DeSorbo recently made an unexpected appearance on Love Island USA.
As the host of the Giggly Squad podcast and a former mainstay on Summer House, DeSorbo took on the role of game host in a recent episode of Peacock’s popular dating show, which was broadcast on Sunday, June 15.
DeSorbo led the “Got Wood?” challenge, stirring up some heated moments as the Islanders continued to explore their connections.
This stint on Love Island USA follows her departure from the Bravo reality series after a seven-season run.
“I have decided to leave Summer House,” DeSorbo announced on Instagram. “Being a part of this series has been an incredibly fulfilling experience — the friendships, the conflicts, and the laughter are all irreplaceable.”

She added, “You have watched me evolve over these past 7 summers. I am forever thankful for the memories, the community, and the doors that have opened for me thanks to this journey. But as with all things (and a few questionable choices), it’s time to turn the page.”

Following a successful year marked by a nationwide comedy tour with her Giggly Squad podcast co-host Hannah Berner, DeSorbo recently launched her sleepwear brand Daphne, which quickly sold out after its initial release.
A dedicated fan of Love Island, DeSorbo has frequently expressed her enthusiasm for the show. Love Island USA’s host Ariana Madix recently expressed her hope for DeSorbo’s participation, which has now materialized.

In the current Season 7 of Love Island USA, there have been several guest hosts during the Aftersun weekly talk show. As Maura Higgins films the new season of The Traitors, Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk covered the first week, and Love Island UK alum Eyal Booker took over the second week.
Love Island USA is broadcast daily except Wednesday, at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT on Peacock.
