Despite her constant presence in the media and generating substantial online traffic for celebrity news outlets, Meghan Markle has struggled to translate this popularity into viewership for her Netflix cooking and lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan.
In Netflix’s semi-annual “What We Watched” report, covering January to June 2025, With Love, Meghan placed 383rd, attracting only 5.3 million views since its launch on March 4. These figures are unusually low for a Netflix original, especially one that has been renewed. This portion of the ranking was mostly occupied by earlier seasons of other Netflix shows and some acquired content.
Despite the tepid response to her latest project, Markle’s previous series, Suits, continues to perform well on Netflix, where it has been available for two years after its initial run on USA Network and other platforms. The first four seasons of Suits, featuring Markle, all secured higher ranks than With Love, Meghan: Season 1 at #151 with 9.3 million views, Season 2 at #242 with 7.2 million, Season 3 at #311 with 6.2 million, and Season 4 at #378 with 5.3 million.
Watch on Deadline
The shooting schedule for With Love, Meghan was unusual, with the first two seasons being filmed consecutively. Thus, production on the second season was already complete before the first season premiered on March 4—a release delayed by the LA fires. The show briefly made it to Netflix’s Global Top 10 (English), ranking #10 with 2.6 million viewers during its opening weekend. The second season is expected to debut in the fall, although no specific release date has been set.
Other unscripted titles under the Netflix deal with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven’t fared much better. The 2022 docuseries Harry & Meghan added just 1.3 million views in the first half of 2025, ranking #1764. Meanwhile, Harry’s Polo, which premiered on December 10, attracted a mere 500,000 views, landing it at #3436.
