‘Family Face Off’s Acclaimed Content Hires Exec Who Developed Channel 4 Doc With Secret AI Host

BREAKING NEWS: Family Face Off producer Acclaimed Content has brought on board an executive from Kalel Productions who played a key role in developing a Channel 4 documentary that utilized a secretive AI host.

Kieran McCarthy has joined as the Director of Development, signaling Acclaimed’s ambitious plans to expand its footprint in digital, broadcast, and branded content from their base in Birmingham, UK.

At Kalel, McCarthy held the position of Creative Director of Development and was instrumental in the creation of Channel 4’s Will AI Take My Job?, hosted by the AI-generated Aisha Gaban. This innovative program sparked considerable industry buzz and led Channel 4 to commit to more such experimental broadcasts.

According to Anton Inwood, co-founder of Acclaimed, McCarthy’s exceptional ability to develop unique formats and his deep knowledge of both broadcast and digital realms make him the ideal candidate to spearhead the company’s next growth phase.
