Typically, I’m all about making potato dishes from scratch, but on days when I’m either too busy or too tired, this product is my top pick for a quick meal solution. Each bag sells for just $3.47 and can generously serve up to six people.
The contents of the bag include roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, a mix of red and green bell peppers, tossed in olive oil, sea salt, rosemary, garlic, and sage. This blend of herbs and spices releases a delightful scent that’s particularly welcoming when you’re starting your day.
For cooking, you have options: microwave, air fryer, or skillet on the stove. However, I’d advise against using the microwave. I prefer the skillet method to achieve a nicely crisped exterior on the potatoes.
