For a mere $2.99, you receive a whole pound of seasoned veggies—zucchini, red onion, red peppers, and tomatoes—all subtly flavored with garlic and onion powders with a dash of cardamom. The initial time I used them, I just heated them in the microwave. The next time, I popped the bag into my air fryer, which turned out to be an excellent method of cooking them.

Even though the package suggests oven roasting, cooking them in the air fryer produced even better results. The vegetables were perfectly tender, full of flavor, and had a nice crispness to them.

Opening the bag releases a strong aroma of garlic, which is a definite bonus for garlic enthusiasts. Each 16-ounce bag offers about four servings, and the veggies taste almost like they’ve been caramelized—sweet, savory, and utterly mouthwatering.

If you’re pressed for time, microwaving them is still an option. They taste good, though the texture is somewhat softer than when roasted.
