Barbara Corcoran, renowned for her role as an investor on ABC’s Shark Tank, recently experienced a significant loss due to the wildfires in Los Angeles, which have displaced numerous residents across Southern California.
The entrepreneur posted a video online showing the blaze that engulfed a mobile home community, including what she described as her “little slice of heaven” in the Palisades fire.
“This week’s horrific fires in LA have claimed so much from many people. The Tahitian Terrace Mobile Home Park in Pacific Palisades, which I dearly loved, was completely devastated by the ferocious Palisades Fire that swept through the area on Tuesday,” Corcoran revealed on Instagram.
She added, “Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this warm, close-knit community. It’s a place full of warmth, where friendships are valued, and neighbors become like family. It’s heartbreaking to see these wonderful individuals, who have built their lives here over many years — including numerous seniors who invested their life savings into their homes — lose everything.”

Corcoran has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to support the affected community members. She expressed, “My thoughts are with everyone who has been displaced, and I extend my deepest gratitude to the courageous first responders who are working relentlessly to ensure everyone’s safety.”
