Zimsec In Another Shocking Scandal As School Head Caught In The Act With Married Student Promises to Open Geography Exam Paper

The head at Mupfururirwa Secondary in Chikomba is in trouble for allegedly sleeping with a married external student after promising to open a Zimsec “O” Level Geography paper and providing her with answers.
Jackson Panje was allegedly caught in the act with 22-year-old Talent Matande and the matter was reported by a Form 1 pupil who saw them.
The Mirror is told that Matande was a married woman who stayed with her sister-in-law (her husband’s sister) Tinotenda Masunda who is a teacher at the school.
Panje refused to comment when asked for a comment.
Sources said on October 28 2017, Masunda travelled away from school and left her sister-in-law at home with a niece who was doing form 1. Coincidentally Panje’s wife is said to have also travelled on the same day and Panje went to Masunda’s house where he allegedly became intimate with Matande but the Form 1 pupil was sleeping in the same room.
The pupil who allegedly pretended to be sleeping later moved to another room because according to her report she could not stand the sexual indulgence anymore.
The report she wrote to the District Schools Inspector (DSI), says she witnessed the sexual activity from start to end. She eventually lit a candle and saw Panje on top of Matande with Matande’s pant removed from one leg.
She reported the matter to her auntie on her return who also reported to senior teachers in the school.
The Mirror understands that the relationship between Masunda and the head became sour to the extent that Masunda has since approached the DSI for a transfer.
Chikomba DSI Emmanuel Kwenda said he was not in the office.
Masunda confirmed the adulterous relationship and said that Matande had since apologised to her in-laws over the issue.
“She said she got involved in an affair because Panje who was her Geography teacher had promised to leak the Nov 2017 exam paper for her. Panje offered to pay damages to the family but refused to apologise for what he did,” said Masunda.
Mupfururirwa deputy head Spiwe Tsodzo confirmed the existance of a misunderstanding between Masunda and Panje over the adulterous affair.
Matande eventually failed to write the Geography paper after Masunda sent her packing. Sources also said Matande’s marriage has since broken down after she was handed back to her parents.
Matande refused to commment when approacched by The Mirror this week.
Sources also said that Matande was nearly beaten by Panje’s wife Chiedza Madzore also a teacher at the same school after she got wind of the relationship. She allegedly grabbed Matande in fit of rage, attracting school pupils’ attention.
