Midlands State University (MSU) has made a U-turn on the suspension of its January 2020 block release, visiting and weekend classes which were supposed to commence next week.
The University yesterday said they had erroneously published the notice communicated through a statement by the institution’s acting Deputy Registrar.
“Notice is hereby given that the January 2020 block release, visiting school and Weekend Classes have been suspended until further notice. Any inconveniences caused by these changes are sincerely regretted,” read the statement.
The public relations department told H-Metro that the 2020 block release, visiting and weekend classes have been postponed and not suspended.
There is speculation that the suspension was due to fees structures which have not yet been agreed upon.
