ZIMBABWE champions FC Platinum bowed out of the CAF Confederation Cup following a 1-0 defeat away to Senegal’s ASC Jaraaf in a qualifier, second leg on Sunday.

FC Platinum bowed out 2-0 on aggregate following a 1-0 defeat in the first leg at the National Sports Stadium last weekend.

 

ASC Jaraaf will now participate in the CAF Confederation Cup group phase while FC Platinum are back to the drawing board.

The hosts scored the only goal of the match after just 12 minutes when Elhadji Madi me Kane (ASC Jaraaf) scored directly from a free kick.
