Young Warriors coach Tonderai Ndiraya says the boys did the best they could after suffer a 2-0 defeat against Mozambique on Sunday.
Young Warriors have a point from their first game against South Africa.
“It was naturally going to be difficult for the boys to replicate the SA performance.
“They used a lot of energy and given their fitness background they only but did the best they could,” he said.
Zimbabwe are left with only a game against Angola.
“It is important to note that the team created chances which weren’t converted and when you don’t convert your chances it becomes difficult to win a match.
“We look forward to the next match and we hope to end our campaign positively,” he said.
