MIDFIELDER, Kudzai Nyamupfukudza, who was within CAPS United ranks last season says he will bounce back from his knee injury.

The defensive midfielder suffered the injury last year in October.

“I have been nursing my injury since the time when I got injured and I’m pretty sure that I will be able to train next month.

“I was doing through rehabilitation programmes, nursing it without giving myself pressure because we all know when you force an injury you will not be able to recover 100 percent.

“I usually do exercises, jogging and also having enough time to go to the gym.

“Next month I think I will be fully fit to train on the field so that I can prepare myself for the upcoming season.

Asked whether he is still in CAPS United’s plans or seeking for a new club, he said:

“I don’t know my fate yet but obviously I want to play topflight football this season.

“CAPS United are still compensating me whilst I’m still injured so it’s my home,” he said.

Nyamupfukudza highlighted that the injury was very painful.

“It was very painful to suffer that injury because I was not able to play up till now. Football is everything to me and it’s the only thing that I enjoy.

“The injury was just a setback in life but will bounce back and I do believe in myself so everything is according to plan,” he said.
