CHAMPIONS FC Platinum are set to loan six players to local clubs.
Club’s spokesperson Chido Chizondo confirmed the development.
“Yes a few players will be going on loan. I am not in Zvishavane right now but I will let you know tomorrow,” she said.
A source in Zvishavane told H-Metro that striker Nhamo Lameck is among the list of those to be loaned.
Some of the players expected to be loaned are Keith Madera, Evidence Tendayi, Hagiazo Magaya, Goodwill Gwara and Simon Shoko.
“Nhamo is on the lists, but they haven’t told him yet.
“They haven’t informed any of the players yet of their plans on loaning them,” said the source.
Platinum so far have signed foreigners Felly Mulumba and striker Ellie Ilunga who were unveiled together with Silas Songani last week
The Congolese pair joins their compatriot Gyve Nsiala who has already established himself at the club.
At the beginning of the year they unveiled Soccer Star of the Year first runner-up and former Triangle United skipper Ralph Kawondera, who joined together defender Donald Dzvinyai.
ZPC Kariba’s attacking midfielder Godswill Gwara, Hwange defender Nomore Chinyerere, Highlanders’ Denzel Khumalo and the exciting duo of Last Jesi and Stanley Ngala from Manica Diamonds are some of the new signings.
Pure Platinum Play released Devon Chafa, who is now at Ngezi Platinum, Mkhokheli Dube who is reported to be training with former team Highlanders , Wallace Magalane who has since joined CAPS United, Albert Eonde who joined Dynamos , Charles Sibanda and Rodwell Chinyengetere who went back to his club Baroka in South Africa.
