Ngezi Platinum new signing Wellington Taderera is promising fireworks and vows to be a disciplined player ahead of the new season.

Taderera joined Ngezi from Black Rhinos early last month and the 2019 soccer star finalist said his mission is to repay Ngezi with good performances and good behaviour.

“The goal is to do my best so that Ngezi benefit. I have to repay them by giving them goals and good performances.

“I also promise to be a disciplined player. In life the least you can do for those who believe in you is to make them proud.

“I will work extra hard to make sure that the club reach its set targets,” said Taderera.

Taderera said he is targeting a top three spot on the calendar for the 2020 season.

Last season the attacking midfielder managed to net five times and said the team has equally good players that are keeping him motivated.

“My main focus is on making sure the team win each and every game we play, personal goals will be bonus.

“I want to be better than I did last season, I want to score more and perform better.

“I am targeting a top three spot on the calendar, I have to show that I am improving and playing for the national team is a bonus,” he added.

Taderera said the team will be unstoppable come 2020 season.

Ngezi coach Rodwell Dhlakama had already made it public that they are going for the championship in the upcoming season.

Ngezi brought 12 new signings as they are on a quest to fight for the honours.

“The team is good and we will be unstoppable, all departments are looking good and that is giving us confidence.
