RUSAPE: A man who showed his erect manhood to a local woman while demanding sex was slapped with a three months jail term by a magistrate.
The woman was only saved by the dogs which charged towards the suspect who then fled.
Michael Chigudu, 31, of village 42 Inyati, denied the indecent assault charges when he appeared before magistrate, Elizabeth Hanzi.
He was, however, convicted due to overwhelming evidence which was presented before the court.
Magistrate Hanzi, however, gave Chigudu an option to pay a $300 fine.
During mitigation, Chigudu said: “We were in love and I just wanted to quench my sexual appetite.”
The court heard that on December 25 2016, around 2000 hours, Chigudu went to the woman’s house pretending that he wanted to share some information with her.
When he knocked at the door the woman opened. Chigudu then asked for sexual favours and his request was turned down.
The court heard that the woman retreated back and closed the door.
Chigudu used force to open the door and pulled the woman out of the house. He then unzipped his trousers and pulled out his erect manhood before he showed it to her as she screamed for help.
Chigudu only left the woman alone after the dogs started barking and charging towards him.
