Sulu’s video on Trace Africa

SULUMAN Chimbetu’s camp has every reason to be ecstatic, as the video to the song Bvuma Kusara will have its premiere on Trace Africa.

The beautiful video, off Sulu’s latest album Entanglement, will have its premiere at 2:15am, 14:55 pm and 18:00 hours.


His manager and drummer Carlton Muparutsa said:



“Yes, it true that the video to the song Bvuma Kusara will have its premiere on Trace Africa, a development that has been embraced by many.


“It’s a quality video where we proved a point that sungura musicians can also come up with something that can be embraced on prestigious channels like Trace Africa who are known for taking quality stuff,” he said.


He added:


“After this milestone, we are also going to invest more on videos since there are returns for us to make a break on the international market.”


“We are geared for the new year but we decided to wrap 2020 in style with a new album and beautiful videos.”



Sulu’s album carries 10 tracks namely Fara Nezvako, Bvuma Kusara, Kunda Zimbabwe, Chinyenye, Moyo Sulu Wangu, Pungwe, Africa, Mukoma Wangu,  Moyo Wangu (Instrumental) and Wandirwadzisa.


Besides Entanglement, Sulu boasts of other polished studio albums namely Ndomusiya Nani released in 2007.


In the year 2008, the released Reverse, which was followed by Non Stop (2010), Syllabus (2012), Gunship (2014) and Jamboree in 2016.


Sulu has two DVDs for Ndomusiya Nani and Syllabus, which makes his discography complete.
