UKRAINE based Zimbabwean singer, Lister Mukono – better known as ThatDynamite – has released a festive single titled Popping.

The songstress, who had taken a sabbatical for the past two years, hopes her return with the new song is an attempt to being a household name to her fans.

Speaking to H-Metro from her base, ThatDynamite said she has lined up a number of projects to mark her return.

“I’m excited to return to the studio after taking a small family break for the past two years.

“I have dropped vocals for the song Popping and it’s a party song to reignite with my fans.

“However, more is coming because I have been working on a number of projects behind the scenes, so yeah people should expect a lot from me,” said That Dynamite.

The diva  is hoping for better days after facing draw backs.

“The new world order has affected a lot of artistes and I have personally lost a number of opportunities, only hoping for better days.

“This is why I am even releasing my new song that befits the festive season, we are celebrating life and how God has kept us and still sees us through hardships,” she said.

She says her music applies to all ages.

The singer is also basking in the glory of landing a few collaborations that will feature on her forthcoming project that is due early next year.

“I have a few collaborations in the pipeline, I will share the news as soon as all recordings are complete, but expect songs from a Ghananian star and a few Zimbabwean popular voices,” she said.

ThatDynamite made her first statement when she launched her extended play (EP) titled 4someon8 in 2018, the four track project earned respect both locally and at her Ukraine base.

To date, the singer has been nominated for the Ukraine Splash Awards for the Best Female Artiste.
