To this day, I still believe my first word i ever spoke was daddy.
“Giggling and clapping, my eyes brimming with innocence, at that very tender age, l had felt your love. A lot of people ask for a father figure and a male role model in their loves but l am proud to say you have been my hero since you held my hand for the first time. I can never speak of sincere love without mentioning your name
“I can never speak of sheer talent without mentioning your name
I can never speak of power without mentioning your name especially when you play the double role, a mother and a father
That is why i am proud to call you Dad
I look into the mirror daddy, look into my eyes and i see you
“Every time I walk towards the podium accepting an award, it feels familiar, like i have done it before
Because you have shown me the way already Daddy
Love conquers all and I believe you have already conquered
